COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
From Freezer
To Fryer

Remove the required pieces from the freezer; do not thaw. Apply oil to the Idly plate, arrange the Momos on it, and then put it in a preheated steamer. Steam with the lid closed on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Dissolve the chili garlic chutney in warm water to sauce consistency and serve with the piping hot momos.
